Does Obama Need A “Kick in the Ass” To Get Things Done in the Gulf?

So, there are foreign vessels that could be helping clean up the Gulf Oil Disaster that are just sitting on the side lines because Obama wants to protect Unions? That is definitely a possibility because all it would take is a waiver on the Jones Act (a protectionist law that requires vessels working in US waters be built in the US and be crewed by US workers). It didn’t take Bush 50 days after Hurricane Katrina to grant a waiver. Why is Obama sitting on his ass with this? Grant the waiver, and get these ships to work! This is more proof of his lack of Executive experience and flat out incompetence when it comes to being an effective leader. Get Obama out of the way! Let the adults run the Country.
