Almost everyone has a camera on their phone so any moment of life can be captured with or without your knowledge and shared instantly with the world, to never be fully deleted from the Internet. Is this fair? Should those who value some level of privacy require others to be legally bound to not post pictures of them to the Internet by way of a “privacy policy” or “TOS” (terms of service) like a website uses?
