Read about that crazy law here: reason.com/blog/2015/04/03/france-criminalizes-skinny-models Now… consider, if the law requires a certain BMI (body mass index) to be met or get a fine or jail time for breaking the law, how long before they implement that if one goes over a certain BMI they get fined or jail time? In other words, how long before it is illegal to hire an obese person? And what would constitute being legally obese?
That being said, there is no doubt we have all broken a law and could be deemed criminals. Just better not get caught!
