My thoughts: Because parents won’t teach their children how to use social media so there won’t be embarrassing moments. Because parents are lackadaisical when it comes to being that involved in their children’s lives. So.. you need the government to get involved and force companies to follow a policy that parents should be making their children follow to begin with.
