My thoughts: Radio has also downsized significantly. Where there used to be opportunity, now computers do the work. It’s great for owners and shareholders to see larger profits but I believe in corporate responsibility: if you can provide a job, you should. Profiting should not just be a financial reward. One should also get “profit” in knowing they are doing the right thing and providing an opportunity for a working person.
