My thoughts: This is interesting. Some of these I wonder about. I can’t use a razor more than twice. How is it that others will not change their blades at least once a week? Or who doesn’t wash their feet? But I do shower with cold water regularly. First in warm, for a few minutes then end with cold for a few minutes. Anyway, a good read. Who knew there were rules to shower by. haha.
