My thoughts: This issue is a security issue and an economic issue. It has nothing to do with equal rights. Our soldiers put themselves at risk already. They do not need to be in a situation where someone’s mental capacity is in question. I also do not think it is right that we as tax payers would be expected to pick up the tab for a sex change for someone who is confused as to their identity.
