So, while the US is all abuzz that HCR passed, in Quebec, Canada where high taxes cover health care for all residents, citizens and refugees, an annual Health Care fee will be implemented. Starting at $25 per year, it will increase to $200 per year in 2012. I hope you understand that Health Care is never “free”. Somebody is paying for it. And now, there will be a yearly tax for Canadians that live in Quebec. If HCR is not repealed in the US, eventually this is what will happen: exorbitant taxes for being alive, and poor service.
